Shipping Info

[General]


This store is operated by one person only, so please kindly understand that there will be longer processing times. Only order if you are willing to wait! 


Processing time refers to the time it takes to get to your order, pack, ship and submit your tracking number.

Take note that an order containing at least one item on [PRE-ORDER] will not be shipped until everything arrived. When your package shipped, you will get the tracking number.

Once the order has been picked up and shipped, we do not control what happens after.

❗ All parcels comes with tracking. We do not offer No Tracking Shipment.

Please track your parcel diligently, especially during holiday seasons!


[PRE-ORDER & IN STOCK]

PRE-ORDER: You will be able to order the items you're eyeing for and there is no stock limit! what's the catch? You'll have to wait!
Preorder items can take up to a few months of waiting time for manufacturing and shipping to me. This has not take into account unexpected delays that might happen during manufacturing phase.
This also exclude the waiting time to ship the items to you!


IN STOCK: Ready to be shipped items ! You don't have to wait for them to be manufactured. I will start preparing your shipment as soon as you place your order!

[Transit Duration]


Due to COVID and unexpected issues,availability might change. Please also expect that package arrival time might be delayed.

Note that once I ship your package out, it is no longer within my control and I'm not liable for any damages caused during shipment.

All Package is shipped via Registered Air Mail. It may take up to (estimated) 1 - 3 months depending on your country.


[Changes of Addresses]


Customers are responsible for providing incorrect address so please double check your address before purchasing.

If you input the wrong address, let me know ASAP via email. Changing an address is only granted if the item has not been shipped and a tracking number has been given to your email from BigCartel. Once the label has been printed, we are unable to change the address and redirect the parcel.  The customer would have to wait until the parcel returns safely back to me.


[Refund or Cancellation]


All sales are final. No refund/return/exchanges. Please read merch descriptions and timeline before purchasing!


[Paypal Chargeback]

If customers have an issue with their order, we would appreciate to be contacted about it so we can resolve the issue to the best of our ability. 

Any customers who request a paypal chargeback will be banned permanently from the store.


[Vax Tax & Custom Fees]


Customers may be requested to pay VAT, import fees, customs fees etc and are responsible for paying the fees incurred. 

Our store is not responsible for those fees.


[returned parcel]


Returned parcel will be reshipped to the customers. they would have to be responsible for the reshipment fees again.


[Item is stuck in transit]


Due to the pandemic and high volumes of packages, packages may be stuck in transit for weeks or a couple of months. We highly recommend reaching out to your local postal services for any information regarding your parcel, as they are best equipped to help in this situation.

[Order is marked as delivered but did not arrive]


If your order is marked as delivered but did not arrive, please reach out to your local postal services as they are best equipped to help track your parcel. Customers may call or email your local postal services with the international tracking number provided through BigCartel.

During this time, customers may:

1. Wait for a few days up to a week to see if the package does arrive; sometimes the postal services marks the package as delivered first.

2. Please check if your package is held at customs or your local postal services. 

3. Check your phone records or email if your local postal services contacted you to pick them up, even though it is expected that they leave the package at your doorstep. Unfortunately I am not familliar with international postal services to determine the reasons for this.

4. Check with your family members or neighbours if they have taken the package.

5. If all of the above does not work, you can consider filing a missing mail enquiry with your local postal services. They will be able to assist you.
